The benefits of organic plant oils for radiant skin

Organic plant oils have become an essential part of natural beauty routines, and rightly so! Grown in an environmentally-friendly way, these precious oils offer a multitude of benefits for the skin, from deep hydration to protection against external aggressors. Don't hesitate to immerse yourself in this sensory experience and discover the many benefits that vegetable oils can bring to your natural skincare routine.

The power of natural ingredients

Unlike conventional beauty products, which often contain synthetic and potentially harmful ingredients, organic vegetable oils are purely natural. They are extracted from seeds, fruits or nuts, and their production method guarantees that they contain no pesticides, GMOs or chemicals. This purity makes organic vegetable oils an ideal choice for those looking for gentle, health-friendly skincare solutions.

In-depth hydration

Hydration is essential for healthy, radiant skin. Organic plant oils are rich in essential fatty acids, such as omegas 3, 6 and 9, which help to keep the skin hydrated by forming a protective barrier. By penetrating deep into the epidermis, they nourish and soften the skin, restoring its suppleness and elasticity.

A cocktail of vitamins and antioxidants

Organic vegetable oils are packed with vitamins and antioxidants that are good for the skin. Vitamin E, for example, helps combat the free radicals responsible for premature skin ageing, while vitamin A promotes cell renewal. These nutrients stimulate skin regeneration and help reduce the signs of ageing, such as fine lines and age spots.

Properties for every skin type

Whatever your skin type, there's an organic plant oil to suit your specific needs. Dry skin will appreciate sweet almond oil or avocado oil for their richness in nourishing fatty acids. Oily skin will love jojoba oil, which regulates sebum without clogging pores. Sensitive skin will benefit from the soothing properties of calendula oil or chamomile oil.

Versatile use

Organic plant oils are versatile and can be incorporated into various stages of your beauty routine. Used as a moisturiser, a natural make-up remover, a massage oil or even a hair mask, they offer a multitude of possibilities for caring for your body in a natural and environmentally-friendly way.

Organic vegetable oils are a veritable treasure trove of nature, offering a healthy and effective alternative to conventional beauty products. Their moisturising, nourishing and regenerating properties make them an ideal ally for naturally radiant skin. Don't hesitate to include these botanical gems in your beauty routine to take full advantage of their exceptional benefits.

Presentation of jojoba vegetable oil

With a composition similar to that of human sebum, jojoba vegetable oil has a remarkable affinity with the skin and hair. It is a unique mixture of ceridic esters which are full of fatty acids and fatty alcohols (eicosenoic, erucic, oleic). It is an oil that is only used in the field of cosmetology. It is very stable and keeps very well, unlike other oils (does not go rancid, is not sensitive to heat or UV). Its properties are remarkable for moisturising, restructuring and rebalancing the epidermis and hair.

If your skin lacks suppleness and elasticity, jojoba oil will soften it by forming a lipidic layer, with very little occlusion, and will diffuse into the intercellular spaces of the horny layer. It has the advantage of penetrating very well and not greasing the skin (non-comedogenic). This oil will therefore be very useful and effective for a deep cleansing of the epidermis. If you apply it regularly, you will unclog your skin's pores of all that can obstruct them, notably of the surplus of sebum. It is also great for daily make-up removal.

Its sebum-regulating role will, depending on your skin type, either increase or decrease sebum production. Thus, dry skin (lack of sebum) will be revitalised and oily or acne-prone skin (excess sebum) will be improved. The same applies to the regulation of your skin's pH (increases the low pH of dry skin and decreases the high pH of oily skin).

Its protective action on the skin will allow protection against pathogenic agents thanks to the reinforcement of the skin's hydrolipidic film. Known to contain a sun filter (protection 5), it will also be valuable for protecting your cells from UV rays on sun preparations.

This oil has great moisturising properties and is known worldwide for its anti-ageing action. Anti-inflammatory, it contains and limits attacks on the elastin fibres of the epidermis and densifies its dermal tissue. The end result is the reduction of wrinkles.

It is also used in hair products and rebalances oily hair and restores vitality to dry and brittle hair. In both cases, it brings shine, flexibility and beauty.

Organic Jojoba Seeds

Botanical name : Simmondsia chinensis, from organic farming
Jojoba, also called "Wild Hazelnut" is a shrub that loves the semi-desert areas of Mexico and the United States. It has roots that can grow up to 30 metres long, enabling it to capture moisture in desert soils and thus resist drought. The liquid wax or jojoba oil, also known as "Inca gold", is extracted from the seed and has a pleasant smell. Its composition is very different from that of other vegetable oils, but its properties are no less remarkable.

Properties of jojoba oil

+ Protective, softening and smoothing

+ Regenerating, it helps to fight against the signs of skin ageing

+ Helps to smooth and firm skin that is becoming flabby.

+ Nourishing, moisturising and penetrating without leaving a greasy film

+ Calming and repairing

+ Restores shine and strength to hair

+ Regulates sebum secretion and rebalances the skin's pH

Jojoba : what skin types ?

Jojoba vegetable oil can be applied to all skin types. As it regulates sebum secretion, it can be used on dry, very dry, dehydrated and sensitive skin, as well as on oily, combination and wrinkled skin. It is an excellent massage oil that can be applied pure or mixed with essential oils. It is a very gentle base, ideal for all your body care and that of your family.

And for the hair ?

Thanks to its action of regulation of the production of sebum, the oil of jojoba is particularly effective to rebalance the fatty hair. But it can also restore vitality to dry, brittle, dull or devitalized hair. Its composition makes it an essential oil for hair care. It beautifies and nourishes the hair, restores shine and suppleness and is known to limit hair loss.

The info +

This jojoba oil is extracted by 1st cold pressure. It is pure, 100% natural, without coloring or conservative. In recent years, jojoba oil has experienced a triumphal and well-deserved ascent. It is distinguished from other vegetable oils by its wax consistency. It becomes liquid above 10°C. It is obtained by pressing the small seeds of the jojoba. This oil, almost odorless, is preserved for a long time, in a natural way.
It fits perfectly to the skin, in which it penetrates without leaving any fat film. Because of its moisturizing properties, it is ideal for the care of flask skins, which it smoothes and strengthens, like reef and damaged skins.

Examples of uses for jojoba vegetable oil

To remove make-up
Its light, non-greasy texture allows you to remove make-up instantly after application. Soak a cotton wipe with jojoba oil. Then run the wipe under running water. The moistened wipe can be used to remove face and eye make-up easily, without greasing the skin. For oily skin, add sage or rosemary hydrosol instead of water.

To clean and soften the skin
Jojoba oil is considered to be very emollient. When applied to the skin, it will form a lipid layer with very little occlusion and diffuse into the intercellular spaces. By penetrating the tissues (without obstructing them), it will restore suppleness and elasticity. Combined with its particularity of being highly penetrating and non-greasy, it is therefore ideal for deep cleansing the epidermis. It will unclog your skin's pores of all that can clog them, especially excess sebum.

For oily skin with a tendency to acne
Add 2 drops of lavender essential oil and 2 drops of tea tree essential oil to 15 ml of jojoba oil (1 tablespoon). Apply 3 to 4 drops of this mixture to the face, morning and evening.

Against oily and dandruffy hair
Thanks to its sebum-regulating action (depending on your skin type, it can either increase or decrease sebum production), and its non-greasy properties, jojoba oil is perfectly suited to hair care. Simply massage the equivalent of one tablespoon of Jojoba oil into the scalp 30 minutes before shampooing.

Against dry, brittle and dull hair
Jojoba oil will also be appreciated in these cases. The cerides in it play a protective role in the lengths and ends to strengthen and soften the hair and will help to enhance shine and natural colours (keratoplastic effect).

To combat dry cuticles
The cuticles of human nails are found at the base of the nails. The antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties of jojoba oil will help protect the nails from germs. Cuticles are fragile and dry out quickly, so you should treat them as soon as they are scratched to avoid the risk of infection. Our advice: Soak your finger and toenails in water for ten minutes. Then dry them and apply jojoba oil, massaging it into them to allow for better absorption.

Against premature skin ageing
This oil is known worldwide for its anti-ageing properties. Anti-inflammatory, it contains and limits attacks on the elastin fibres of the epidermis and densifies its dermal tissue. Jojoba vegetable oil cleanses, softens and disinfects the epidermis. It is therefore perfect for preventing and combating skin ageing. The end result is the reduction of wrinkles.
