Vitamin E is a 100% natural antioxidant. It preserves your vegetable oils and butters from rancidity and oxidation. The addition of vitamin E is therefore recommended in all preparations containing sensitive oils and in balm formulas and oily mixtures. It will extend the shelf life, thus preserving all the properties of your composition. Vitamin E also has a very interesting role on the skin: it is an excellent anti-aging active ingredient, particularly recommended for dry and mature skin and in after-sun repair care. The vitamin E that we offer is intended for cosmetic use only. It is perfectly compatible with all emulsifiers and gums.

Composed mainly of tocopherols, this 100% natural antioxidant can be used in cosmetic manufacturing to limit the rancidity of the oily phase or as an active ingredient for the skin (oil, balm, stick, cream and milk, soap) .

To improve the preservation of your preparations based on vegetable oils or butters or pure oils or butters, add 0.1 to 0.2% (i.e. 2 to 4 drops per 100 ml) to your preparation.

In your "anti-aging" homemade cosmetics, add 0.1 to 0.5% of Vitamin E relative to the total weight of your preparation. To be integrated in the final cold phase in your emulsion.

1 - Use it as antioxidan :

- In your balms, butters, care oils, massage oils... to extend their shelf life

- In your emulsions, especially if they contain oils sensitive to oxidation

- Add to your bottles of "sensitive" vegetable oils upon receipt to extend their shelf life

2 - Use it as active or antioxidant :

- In care for dry and dehydrated skin

Vitamin E is a thick liquid that does not flow well through the codi-drip. You can thin it by putting the bottle for a few moments in a hot water bain-marie. In all cases, the codi-goutte must be removed to take the product, but then put it back in to ensure that the cap is watertight.
