The Elia essential oil diffuser has nothing to envy to other diffusers on the market. It will seduce you with its performance and design. The Elia diffuser is composed of 2 elements : a cover mixing bamboo and metal and a base. 

Simple and effective
Using the Elia diffuser is very simple. Once the water tank is full, you just need to apply a little pressure on the top of the cover to start it up. Dressed in bamboo and shaped metal, Elia uses ultrasonic diffusion technology to mist your essential oils. The colourful atmosphere provided by the integrated LEDs is a real plus. It has an automatic shut-off when the tank is empty.

The Elia diffuser works by misting. Fogging is caused by the vibration of a ceramic pellet at a very high frequency, which triggers ultrasound by its movement. This is why the ELIA diffuser is ultrasonic by misting.

1 - The device must be placed on a horizontal and flat surface.
2 - Connect the mains adapter to the diffuser without plugging it into a mains socket.
3 - Remove the cover 
4 - Use tap water at room temperature (not demineralised water) to fill the base tank with a maximum of 100 ml (do not exceed the maximum level mark).
5 - Add 5 to 15 drops (maximum) of essential oils to be diffused in the water.
6 - Replace the cover on the base.
7 - Connect the mains adapter to a mains socket.
8 - To switch on your ELIA, simply press the top of the device. This will activate the "foot switch" located on the bottom of the device.  

Successive presses will offer you several operating modes :
1st press : mist diffusion + light with changing colours
2nd press : fog diffusion + light fixed on the last colour that appeared
3rd press : fog diffusion without light
4th press : the device switches off (no mist or light)

In a few minutes, the essential oils will perfume your home and clean your atmosphere.

1 - Make sure your device is switched off.
2 - Unplug the mains adapter, then disconnect the mains adapter from the base of the Elia diffuser.
3 - Remove the cover
4 - Empty any remaining water from the tank.
5 - Use a cotton swab or a clean soft cloth to gently clean the inside of the Elia diffuser base. Be careful not to press too hard on the ceramic disc. This cleaning is recommended every 3 uses.

In the event of a breakdown during the guarantee period (5 years), you must contact us so that we can establish a diagnosis together. A video of the start-up may be requested so that we can establish the malfunction. 

If a failure is confirmed, your diffuser must be returned to us complete. In any case, do not try to disassemble or modify the devices, you will lose all rights to the parts and labour warranty.

The guarantee does not cover breakage, nor defects due to incorrect use or poor maintenance of the device (too high a level of water or essential oils, device not cleaned regularly, etc.).
