The BO BLACK diffuser (ex ONA) is a nebulization or micro-diffusion model. This process makes it possible to release a maximum of aromatic molecules of essential oils without heating them. Their fragrance promotes a pleasant atmosphere and are beneficial for health. Retaining all their properties, they provide a healthy atmosphere, free of germs and microbes. This diffuser incorporates a silent air pump in its wooden base and glassware intended to contain a quantity of essential oils. The diffuser has a diffusion power variator. Carefully insert the glassware into the wooden base. Then the stopper on the glassware. Finally, connect the adapter to the mains socket. Pour about 20 drops of essential oils or a mixture into the glassware (the equivalent of 1 or 2 teaspoons). We remind you that a diffuser can work without any problem without essential oils. Better to put less than more. The diffuser is now ready to operate.

Turn the dimmer to start your diffuser, then adapt the diffusion power to your desires and your interior.

Do not activate the diffusion in the presence of children under 3 years old and pregnant women. In a child's room, we recommend that you do this without their presence and at least 30 minutes before their arrival. Do not diffuse continuously, at the risk of saturating the air with aromatic molecules.

Also called "micro-diffusion", nebulization is the most efficient process for diffusing essential oils into the atmosphere. It diffuses all the essential oils while retaining their benefits and properties, without changing the chemical structure and without overheating. The compressed air transforms the oils into aromatic micro-particles which, in the form of mist, escape through the neck of the glassware, thus perfume the ambient air.

The essential oil diffuser must be maintained using a suitable cleaner, essential for its proper functioning once or twice a month. To do this, empty the essential oils from your diffuser, pour in the equivalent of 2 teaspoons of glassware cleaner and run your diffuser for 3 to 5 minutes. After the time has elapsed, empty the excess cleaner. You can diffuse essential oils again.

If you diffuse citrus essential oils (e.g. Bergamot, Lemon, Orange, Petitgrain), it is advisable to alternate their diffusion with more fluid essential oils (e.g. Lavandin, Lavender, Eucalyptus or Ravintsara) . If you won't be using your diffuser for a long time, it should be emptied, cleaned (by running it with alcohol or diffuser cleaner) and kept away from dust.

The noise emitted by the diffuser pump has been measured by Penntybio at 37 db (measured using a sound level meter 20 cm away from the pump when turned on at full power), which makes it a truly silent. Rubber buffers at the base of the pump limit the noise emitted by the pump.

To reduce noise as much as possible and enjoy the BO Black electric diffuser in complete peace of mind, we suggest that you try it on different supports. Carpet, fabric, wood, tiles can reduce or increase the noise emitted by the pump. To avoid possible vibration of the glass stopper placed on the glassware, slightly separate the glassware from the wooden base. Gently pull the glassware by turning it very slightly a few degrees to the left and to the right (do not make any significant rotation which could damage the seal).

In the event of a breakdown during the warranty period (2 years), you must contact us so that we can establish a diagnosis together. You may be asked for a start-up video so that we can see the malfunction. If a breakdown is confirmed, your diffuser must be returned to us complete.
