The Mistilia diffuser works by brumisation (also called ultrasonic process) The ultrasound is a sound but has a frequency of more than 20 khz and cannot be audible by the human ear (too acute) Under the excitement of a sinusoidal signal applied to piezo-electric ceramics, they deform themselves by contracting, thus transforming an electric wave into a mechanical vibration. This vibration is torn to the surface of the water molecules (and the essential oils that you add to it) and spray them, thus creating what is called a dry mist.

The size of these droplets will depend on the frequency of the device and the characteristics of the fluid (density, viscosity, surface tension.) The higher the frequency and the finer the droplets. The high frequency of this device allows a very light mist.

1 - Remove (1/4 round, anticlockwise) the upper hood to remove it
2 - Pour floral water or 10 ml of water for 3 drops of essential oils maximum in the tank.
3 - Move the top cover. Make sure the lid is tight. Shake the whole well.
4 - Drag the button down to turn on the diffuser.
5 - To charge the battery of your Mistilia diffuser, connect it to a USB socket using the supplied cable. The light is red when the product is loaded, then turns off when it is fully loaded.

Turn the button down, the light light lights in blue. The device broadcasts for 60 seconds and then switches off automatically. 8 to 10 cycles of 60 seconds of diffusion to empty the 10 ml tank. Press the button up to stop the diffusion. Mistilia recharges in 1h30 for a one-hour streaming range.

With the help of an imbibed cotton rod, gently rub the outside of the metal disc to dilute possible traces and complete if necessary by 3 or 4 drops of alcohol or specific cleaning in the tank (see here). Launch the broadcast. Don't use detergent.

Attention : Always use a cleaner to clean the diffuser.
It is therefore recommended to use that based on alcohol and lavandin (here)
Alternatively, you can also fill a 10 ml bottle of pharmacy alcohol at 60 or 70°C, connect it and let spread 15 to 20 seconds. This will be enough to clean the process of spreading from time to time. Never use water to clean the diffuser. Indeed, the water is not misecible with essential oils and could thus obstruct the nozzle from the diffusion.

Thick oils such as vetiver, amyris, patchouli and other oils can obstruct the appliance. If this happens, use a cotton-tige with alcohol to clean the outlet of the mist. If you want to diffuse them you can mix them with lighter essential oils such as orange or lemon. As part of the use of pure essential oils, do not spread them to the face or to a flame. Use only essential oils and recommended synergies for air diffusion.

In case of failure during the warranty period (5 years), you must contact us so that together a diagnosis can be made. A set-up video can be asked so that we can see the malfunction. If a breakdown is confirmed, your broadcaster will have to be full.
