This frosted glass fountain works on the ultrasonic principle. With a frequency of 1700 KHz, it is designed not to disturb animals.

As soon as the fountain is plugged in, it will produce a fine mist that completely covers the basin. This mist will gently overflow as the air blows. It's fitted with LEDs in a range of powerful, changing colours to create a warm, relaxing atmosphere.

These warm lights will be even more fascinating in semi-darkness, highlighting the wisps of mist.

Thanks to the innovative splash guard, you won't find any traces of moisture on your surrounding furniture. The misting system is made of ceramic for excellent durability. Thanks to the water level sensor, your misting fountain will stop automatically if it runs out of water, preventing the ceramic disc from being damaged in the open air.

You'll be able to breathe air that's less dry and healthier because it's less full of dust.

By pouring a few drops of essential oils (3 to 4 drops) into the reservoir, you can create different atmospheres to suit your mood.

1 - Position the base of the shield in the centre of the mist motor.
2 - Place the assembly in the cylinder

4 - Insert the cord into the hole at the bottom of the glass vase. Fill the hole with the small rubber stopper (you can moisten the rubber to make it easier to insert). Fill the vase with water according to the water level diagram shown to get the perfect mist! The mister won't work if there isn't enough water. Nor will the mist disperse if there is too much water.
5 - Check that the voltage indicated on the transformer corresponds to the mains voltage. Connect the mist motor cord to the transformer. Place the transformer in a dry place away from the mist. Plug the transformer into the mains and your device will start up automatically.

The mist is light without overflowing the vase. It's a decorative object and can be used to diffuse essential oils, although you won't get the same performance as a nebuliser. Silent, the fountain is ideal for offices, living rooms, verandas, massage rooms, yoga sessions, beauty shops and spas, for any surface area between 30 and 40 m².

1 - Be careful with the water sensor. Do not hold the misting motor by its sensor, and take care not to hit or scratch it with any solid object to avoid damaging it.
2 - Do not shake the spray motor or pull on the cord when it is running.
3 - Do not place your fingers on the ceramic disc of the atomiser when it is running, as the ultrasonic vibrations could injure you, although there is no risk of electrocution.
4 - Use the transformer in a dry, ventilated area.
5 - Be sure to protect your furniture or other surfaces from any water splashes.

Ultrasound is a sound with a frequency greater than 20 khz that cannot be heard by the human ear (too high-pitched). When a sinusoidal signal is applied to the piezoelectric ceramics, they deform and contract, transforming an electrical wave into a mechanical vibration. This vibration will pull water molecules (and any essential oils you add) from the surface of the water and pulverise them, creating what is known as a dry mist.

The size of these 'droplets' will depend on the frequency of the device and the characteristics of the fluid (density, viscosity, surface tension). The higher the frequency, the finer the droplets. The high frequency of this device produces a very light mist.

1 - Always use mineralised water: tap water is fine, or bottled spring water if the water is very hard. Demineralised water will not allow a current to circulate and your level detector will prevent the fountain from working.

2 - Always use perfectly clean water and change it regularly: The slightest particle of dust, hair, etc. can affect the fountain's operation or prevent it from working.

3 - Always respect the indicated water levels: too little water will block the detector, too much water can alter the fountain's operation or prevent it from working.

We are sometimes contacted about fountains that seem to be out of order (the fountain lights up briefly and then goes out). After checking, we find that the fountain is working perfectly. Before contacting us, you should :
- Unplug your fountain
- Clean the water sensor and the ceramic (especially if your water is hard or if you use essential oils).
- Change the water

If the problem persists
- Remove the water.
- Start your fountain without water (the detector prevents it from starting).
- Fill the tray with water up to the level of the detector.
- Gradually add more water until the fountain starts up. Once a few millimetres of water are above the detector, the fountain should start up.

Good to know
Dirty water and hard water alter the atomisation effect. When your appliance generates a simple jet of water with no mist effect, the water used is not clean enough, contaminated with grease, dust or other particles that interfere with the very principle of ultrasonic vibration spraying. Make sure you change the water and clean the vase regularly. Too much essential oil will interfere with the unit's operation. 2 to 3 drops are enough.

If, after following all these points, your fountain is still not working, please contact us so that we can take charge of repairing it. Please note, however, that our after-sales service only deals with fountains that have actually broken down and not with those that have been misused. Otherwise, the cost of returning your cooler will be at your expense.

In the event of a breakdown during the warranty period (2 years on the electrical part), you must contact us so that we can establish a diagnosis together. A start-up video may be requested so that we can determine the malfunction. 

If a fault is confirmed, your diffuser must be returned to us complete. In all cases, do not attempt to dismantle or modify the units, as you will lose all rights to the 2-year parts and labour guarantee.

The guarantee does not cover breakage or defects caused by improper use or maintenance of the appliance (level of essential oils too high, appliance not cleaned regularly, etc.).
