If there's one accessory you shouldn't forget when caring for your shoes, it's this little brush. It's essential for a good application of shoe polish. Some people only prefer chamois, and at Penn'Ty Bio we recommend this article.

The waxing brush is similar to a paintbrush and is used to apply the leather care cream to the upper of the shoe. It complements the cotton cloth. It is ideal for rough leather and for maintaining hard-to-reach areas with the cloth.

This black beechwood and horsehair waxing brush is perfect for leather care. It doesn't have to be your shoes! It can be your schoolbag, coats or other items of clothing. The black bristles are arranged in a triangle, for greater precision in nooks and crannies and more effective polishing.

The triangular polishing brush ensures even application of polish. The curved handle is made from solid beech wood and is easy to grip.

We recommend that you apply the shoe polish to the leather and use the brush to apply it in circular movements to your shoes, satchels, coats or other items of clothing. Always use one brush per colour, as the shoe polish will dye.

Your maintenance tools need looking after, otherwise you're in for a surprise ! All brushes can be cleaned under warm running water with a little washing-up liquid. This will free the bristles of any wax that may have built up over time. Leave to dry, and your accessories will be as good as new. It's a good idea to clean them after each use, so they last longer.
