Rosa superfatted soap is formulated for everyday cleansing. It can be used for the body, hands and face. It is suitable for all skin types. It's a very gentle soap, thanks to the shea butter and goat's milk it contains. It produces a lovely lather thanks to coconut oil. What's more, its formula includes Gard pink clay for a highly successful visual effect. Last but not least, it has a delicious rose fragrance, made from a blend of rose geranium and lavandin essential oils.

This soap is a committed soap ! Lise-Anne (the founder of the Savonnerie) is committed to making her products as artisanal as possible. The ingredients are local, organic and carefully selected. All stages of production are carried out by hand.

Rosa soap contains 7 key ingredients that provide all the benefits your skin needs for a gentle skin care routine: sunflower oil, shea butter, coconut oil, cocoa butter, goat's milk, pink clay and essential oils of rose geranium and lavandin.

Organic sunflower oil, whose composition is very similar to that of olive oil (88% oleic acid), is still rarely used in soap formulations. Coconut oil is much more common. But as an ecological choice (it is impossible to produce coconut oil in France), Totem Savon has decided to limit its use as much as possible. Sunflower oil offers magnificent benefits for your skin. Rich in Omega 6 and vitamin E, it has undeniable repairing properties. It prevents dehydration and has real softening and nourishing benefits for the skin. It is therefore perfectly suited to dry, and even very dry, skin.

The organic shea butter contained in this soap is very rich in unsaponifiables, active ingredients preserved during the saponification reaction (vitamin A, E, latex, phytosterols, terpene alcohols). These active ingredients give shea butter highly nourishing properties for the skin, ensuring its elasticity and regeneration. It is also anti-oxidant and anti-ageing. It is organic and fair trade.

Coconut oil : Rich in anti-oxidants, it contains vitamin A and vitamin E. In soap, the fatty acid composition of coconut oil produces a hard, high-foaming soap. It is organic and fair trade.

Cocoa butter : Cocoa butter contains unsaponifiables (vitamin E, carotenes, squalenes, phytosterols), which are preserved in the soap. These active ingredients have antioxidant, softening and repairing properties. This butter also gives the soap its hardness. It is certified organic and fair trade.

The organic goat's milk in this soap comes from the Poterie goat farm in Dingé (35). Goat's milk has many virtues: emollient, nourishing, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and cell-replenishing. It contains vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, enzymes, amino acids, antioxidants, etc.

So goat's milk soap is really very effective for :

- Helping to care for damaged skin and illnesses (psoriasis, eczema)

Pink clay : Pink clay is actually a mixture of white and red clay. It contains illite and kaolin. It is very gentle and absorbs excess sebum. It has a toning effect. The clay is used for its skin care properties and also to colour the soap. This clay comes from the Gard region of France.

Rose Geranium and Lavender essential oils : The combination of rose geranium and lavender essential oils provides a moment of relaxation in the shower. They also have a purifying and repairing action. Lavandin is soothing and geranium is indicated for combating excess sebum.

Organic Sunflower Oil
The fat used for saponification in this soap is 100% oleic sunflower oil. The composition of this oil is quite similar to that of olive oil, with 88% oleic fatty acid. It is highly emollient. Studies are currently underway, as this oil has not been widely used in soaps and cosmetics up to now, so we haven't finished discovering its virtues! Because it's produced in France, it's of great interest to all soap-makers who are geographically far from olive oil! It comes from the Ursule farm in Vendée, which is certified organic.

Organic goat's milk
If you're afraid of using goat's milk soap because you think it must have a strong, unpleasant smell, think again! Totem Savon's goat's milk soaps exude a delicate fragrance thanks to their specially formulated ingredients. By its very nature, goat's milk gives the soap an exceptionally creamy lather. Goat's milk soap is perfectly suited to sensitive, fragile or acne-prone skin, with no risk of adverse reactions. Goat's milk soap does not irritate the skin and tends to soften it over time. As cold saponification takes place at room temperature for several weeks, the ingredients are not heated and the goat's milk retains its properties. The goat's milk in this soap comes from the La Poterie organic goat farm in Dingé (35), just a few kilometres from the soap factory.

Organic shea butter and cocoa butter
The shea tree can grow up to fifteen metres high. It grows in the savannahs of Africa. It is from its nuts, which contain up to 50% lipids, that the shea butter so highly prized around the world is extracted. Shea butter is ideal for skin care, thanks to its lipid-replenishing and smoothing properties. It provides protection against skin dryness thanks to the presence of vitamin A. Shea butter also contains vitamin E, an antioxidant with anti-ageing properties. The shea butter in this soap is organic and fair trade.

Cocoa butter is antioxidant, nourishing, protective, soothing... It is the perfect ally for dry, mature or wrinkled skin, but is also suitable for normal skin. It is absorbed by the skin, leaving it soft and silky. An antioxidant, it combats the effects of time by restoring the skin's elasticity. The phytosterols it contains soothe the skin and limit irritation. The cocoa butter in this soap is certified organic.

Organic Geranium and Lavandin essential oils
The Geranium is a plant well known to gardeners and botanists for the beautiful colours it brings to gardens and terraces. The essential oil extracted from this plant also has significant benefits, particularly for skin prone to skin problems. The monoterpene alcohols it contains give it antifungal properties, making it very useful in cases of skin mycosis, as they act on fungi originating from yeast spores. These properties of Geranium essential oil mean it can be used to care for the skin on the face, but it is also sometimes used to relieve skin problems found all over the body.

Lavandin is a hybrid plant of lavender, but it is in fact usually the plant that makes up the big purple clumps in the fields of the Drôme!  Lavandin (Lavandula X hybrida) is a hybrid between true lavender, which grows at higher altitudes, and spike lavender (Lavandula latifolia spica), which grows at lower altitudes, below 400 m. The scent of lavandin is inseparable from Provence, its landscapes, cosmetics, perfumes and soaps. Lavandin is appreciated for its purifying scent. You can take advantage of its relaxing and calming properties when you inhale it, especially in the shower. The Lavandin super essential oil in this soap is grown and distilled in Auvergne. It is certified organic.

Lather with water and rinse well. For external use, avoid contact with eyes. Store in a dark, dry place.

TOTEM SAVON Was created in 2021 by Lise-Anne Colin. It is a committed brand that offers handmade soaps for both toilet and household.

When designing its soap formulas and models, Lise-Anne aims at a specific use or care (e.g., daily use, or weekly exfoliant), as well as an olfactory atmosphere. And of course, it reflects the composition taking into account the environmental impact of raw materials.

With Totem soap, she wants to offer very soft, very simple soaps and for all. It expresses its ecological choices by offering 3 soaps without exotic matter (coast oil) to go to the end of its ideas. The Soap Campaign is the soap that meets all its objectives: it is very soft, 100% from here and for all skins.
