Some information on fine (or true) lavender
Real or fine lavender The Romans already took advantage of the aromatic qualities of lavender to perfume their clothes and their baths. Its name is also derived from the Latin “lavare”, meaning “to wash”. Lavender production in France has however fallen with the arrival of hybrid species with higher yields and brighter colors ideal for bouquets or potpourri: lavandins. Its many indications and its great softness make the essential oil of true Bulgarian lavender BIO one of the jewels of modern aromatherapy. Light yellow in color, lavender essential oil has imparted its pronounced sweet and flowery aromatic scent to products in the perfumery and cosmetics industry.
Be careful to distinguish fine (or true) Lavender essential oil from Spike Lavender essential oil. Their biochemical distributions and their restrictions of use have nothing to do !

100% pure and natural oil
An essential oil is made up of chemically defined molecules (about 10,000 listed) that have been secreted by special plant cells. It can consist of from one to several hundred molecules, which helps explain why some essential oils have many properties but different therapeutic effectiveness. To guarantee the properties necessary for effective aromatherapy, it is important that an essential oil is 100% pure and natural (not cut, not deterpenated, not mixed with alcohol or vegetable oils) and preferably organic. This is the case for the essential oils we sell. They are sold in tinted bottles with a dropper cap.
