Instructions for use

For example, some examples of use

 

Application par massage ou compresseIt is advisable to mix a few drops of essential oil with a vegetable oil (soft almond, jojoba, macadamia, musk rose, argan, olive, etc) to use it as massage oil.

For leg comfort, you can dilute 10 drops of patchouli + 10 lemon + 10 geranium in 50 ml of jojoba oil, macadamia or soft almond, then gently massage from bottom to top in the evening before bed.

For clean up fatty skin and promote skin regeneration, you can dilute 3 to 5 drops in a vegetable oil, then massage locally.

  

Utilisation dans le bain Essential oils that are not soluble in water must be mixed with an emulsifier before pouring them into the bath. For example, you can mix them with a liquid soap, a neutral shampoo (1 tablespoons) or our solubol®. As a general rule, it is advisable not to exceed 10 drops per bath and not to stay more than 20 minutes. Sprinkle 10 drops of patchouli essential oil in a hot bath for a healthy and regenerated skin and for beautiful and light legs.

In case of itching of the scalp or pellicles, mix 2 drops of patchouli essential oil at your shampoo dose.

  

Utilisation par voie orale  For promote tone and stimulate digestion, , you can dilute 1 to 2 drops of patchouli essential oil in a teaspoon of honey or vegetable oil, preferably in the morning (maximum daily dose: 2 drops, or 0.08 ml.).
