1 - The one in my possession may have been thoroughly cleaned, but it is impossible to unclog it. So I need a new nozzle

2 - I like to use one nebulizer nozzle per essential oil. Thus, no need to clean the nozzle each time you change essential oils.

The Novalia diffuser must be maintained using a specially formulated and suitable cleaner, which is essential for its operation. Clean your diffuser once or twice a month, as well as each time you change essential oils on the same "nebulizer cap" or if the device has been inactive for a long time (i.e. more than 2 weeks) .

To do this, replace the bottle of essential oils with a bottle of diffuser cleaner (based on alcohol and lavender).

Then start a short diffusion cycle (for about 3 minutes).

Repeat this operation a second time if the diffusion nozzle is blocked by residues of essential oils.

Caution : Always use an appropriate cleaner to clean this diffusion nozzle.

Alternatively, you can also fill a 10ml bottle with pharmacy alcohol at 60 or 70°C, connect it and let it diffuse for 15 to 20 seconds. This will be enough to clean the nozzle from time to time.

Never use water to clean the diffuser. Indeed, water is not miscible with essential oils and could therefore clog the diffusion outlet nozzle.
