Why use an insecticide-free lice repellent ?
An insecticide-based anti-lice product destroys the brain of the louse, but 50% to 98% of lice become resistant to insecticides over time. The second important point is the allergies that can be caused by this type of chemical. By using Zéropou strong treatment lotion, you choose a gentle treatment based on coconut oil, which forms an occlusive film that suffocates lice and nits, so only one treatment is needed to get rid of them.

Directions for use ?
Apply the lotion to dry hair. Apply part by part, from the root of the hair to a height of 2 cm, starting at the top of the head and working down to the temples and nape of the neck. Concentrate on the areas around the ears and near the nape of the neck. Leave on for 30 minutes. Comb through with a fine-toothed comb to remove dead lice and nits. Wash hair with Alphanova Kids Zéropou shampoo or a very mild shampoo. Leave to dry in the open air.

Zéropou Protective Shampoo is a gentle formula of natural origin and certified organic that will enable you to fight head lice effectively as a preventive measure.

Its formula is enriched with Aloe vera juice and organic cotton extract. It also contains organic lavender floral water and is enriched with rose geranium and tea tree essential oils. A cocktail of ingredients that's perfect for preventing head lice while caring for your hair and scalp.

How do I use it ?
Usual use : use as a shampoo on wet hair. Rinse thoroughly with water.
Intensive use : apply to wet hair once a week. Massage gently. Leave in for 10 minutes. Style with a fine-tooth comb, then rinse thoroughly with water.

Finally, the kit includes a 32-tooth stainless steel lice comb. A very useful accessory to help get rid of head lice.

The lice comb can be used on a daily basis but also, of course, after treatment with the strong lotion supplied in the kit.

The comb removes nits and lice that get stuck in the teeth of the comb. The comb should be cleaned regularly to avoid leaving any parasites behind. The advantage of the manual comb is that it complements the treatment lotion and shampoo perfectly.

As it does not kill the parasites, care must be taken to ensure that they cannot move to another head during the operation. A louse can live outside the scalp for 48 hours. It is advisable to carry out the lice removal operation near a sink, for example, so that the little beasts can be thrown into the water once they have been removed from the head. It is also advisable to ask other children to move away from the area where the operation is being carried out.

To comb the hair properly, make your child comfortable and run the comb through each strand, starting from the scalp. Nits cling to the hair very close to the skull.

For a quality treatment, it's important not to neglect any strand.
