Formulated without any preservatives, this purifying cleansing gel will both cleanse and purify your skin while helping to maintain its hydration and promoting the elasticity and radiance of the epidermis (aloe vera juice and sodium PCA). Its high tolerance formula leaves the skin clean, fresh and purified. 

This purifying cleansing gel also contains tapioca powder. Obtained from the roots of the cassava plant, this texture agent reduces the greasy effect of oily substances and has a velvety, softening and matifying effect. It deposits a slightly powdery film on the skin, which has the effect of camouflaging imperfections. It also absorbs sebum and sweat secretions, thus reducing the shiny appearance of oily skin. It also has good hygroscopic properties, and is able to absorb watery components and retain them in the stratum corneum. It therefore acts as a moisturising agent.

When we talk about oily skin, we often think of "adolescence". However, oily skin is obviously not rare after the age of 20. Whether it affects the whole face or just the T-zone (the famous combination skin), many factors can explain it: heredity, hormones, diet, pollution, stress... The basic problem? A dysfunction in the regulation of the sebaceous glands that secrete sebum.

All Dermatherm products are UHT sterilized (world patent). Today, this is the only way to eliminate any preservatives or stabilizers, while preserving the quality of the active ingredients. UHT sterilisation consists of raising the temperature of the product to 135°C for a few seconds and then cooling it just as quickly. Tests are carried out before and after sterilisation to ensure the preservation of the active ingredients.
