Exotic Verbena (Litsea cubeba)
Originally from South America, the exotic verbena was introduced to Europe in the 18th century. It is also produced in Asia (China, Vietnam, Japan) and in Oceania. It comes in the form of a shrub. The essential oil extracted from it has many properties. Beyond those well known from an energy point of view (anti-depressant, revitalizing, stimulating, soothing), it will act positively on your skin in cosmetics thanks to its toning properties of the tissues, purifying, regulating sebum and anti-cellulite. An amazing plant with a broad spectrum of action on our body.

Pour into bath water or apply to wet skin in the shower, lather and rinse. Essences, very volatile by nature, are perfectly conveyed by water vapor and during a bath, you benefit from the properties of essential oils both by inhalation and by the skin. For maximum effectiveness, the bath should last at least 10 to 15 minutes.
