Arginine : Arginine is one of the 20 amino acids that make up our proteins in the body. It is found naturally in many foods: legumes, some cereals such as brown rice, oats and buckwheat, as well as red meat, poultry, fish, dairy products, nuts ... Arginine is an amino acid that is involved in cell division, the wound healing process, the elimination of ammonia by the body, the proper functioning of the body's natural defenses and the secretion of certain hormones, including growth hormone.
