The fluoride in this toothpaste (1450 ppm) will strengthen your teeth and better protect them from the attack of plaque bacteria (cavities).

Dental fluoride combines with minerals in your teeth to form stronger enamel that is resistant to acid attack. When the acids produced by plaque on your teeth begin to break down the minerals in your tooth enamel, a process called demineralisation begins. Demineralisation starts by weakening the enamel and initially creates small cavities that can develop into large areas of decayed teeth and eventually tooth loss.

The early stage of demineralisation can be reversed by remineralising the enamel. This is achieved by incorporating dental fluoride into the enamel. 

- Brush your teeth after every meal for 3 minutes.
- Change your toothbrush every 2 to 3 months.
- Consult a dental specialist at least twice a year.

And for children 6 years of age or younger : Use a small pea-sized amount of toothpaste under adult supervision to minimize ingestion. If fluoride intake from other sources occurs, consult a dentist or physician.
