If everyone knows the broadcasters, noisy people are more often unknown. Veralia is part of this broadcaster category. Yet the principle of operation is rather simple. A ceramic disc will vibrate at a frequency defined by the manufacturer. The higher the vibration frequency the more water droplets will be fine. The water that comes into contact with the vibrating surface is sprayed and turns into mist. For optimal operation, the ultrasonic generator, placed at the bottom of a water volume, must have a frequency of 250 khz. The Véralia generator works at 1700 khz.

Mounting
1 - Remove the double glass bell from the base.

2 - Pour tap water into the water tank without exceeding the maximum level, then 8-10 drops of essential oil.

3 - Replace the double glass bell on the base.

4 - Connect the mains adapter’s power cord into the A socket located under the diffuser’s base.

5 - Press the Marche/Arrêt button to activate the diffuser, the device diffuses a mist continuously, without light play. A second pressure allows to activate a mist in intermittent diffusion. A third pressure switches off the device.

6 - Press the Light button to activate the light game. A second pressure allows you to select a shade of light by successive pressures. One last pressure extinguishes the function of light effects.

Some important rules for proper operation
1 - Privately tap water. Do not use water from a softener, distilled water or mineral water, the system requiring, for good operation, medium water mineralized.
2 - Do not overflow the water from the cup when filling at the risk of damage to the electronic system and its ventilation.
3 - Fill the glass cup with water as shown on the diagram. The heater only works if the water level is understood between min and max markers, neither more nor less.
4 - The dirty water (graisses, dust, hair., ) and the limestone water alter the heat effect. In the case of uncommon use, it is advisable to replace water for each use.
5 - Too full of essential oils hinders the proper operation of the appliance. 8 to 10 drops are enough.

Maintenance of the device : We recommend that you clean the appliance every oil change or after two uses.
1. Disconnect the unit and remove the double glass bell.
2. Empty the entire water from the tank.
3. Use a small amount of dishes to clean it. Squeeze gently using a soft and dry cloth to dry it.
4. Then use a clean cotton-tige to clean the fog lens located inside the base, gently wiped
5. NEVER use aggressive products to clean the unit, as they could react with essential oil residues and cause noxious vapour discharge or create a dysfunction of the unit.

Maintenance of the glass bell : We recommend cleaning the glass bell to remove any limestone deposits and essential oils.
1. Disconnect the unit and remove the double glass bell.
2. Empty the water from the tank and replace it with 50% water and 50% vinegar.
3. Start broadcasting for a few minutes.
4. Stop the diffuser and gently wipe the inside of the bell and tank to remove any traces of vinegar water.
5. If traces of essential oils are present at the base of the inner bell, use a cleaner based on alcohol and essential oils (see here).

- Do not exceed the maximum water level.
- The quantity and intensity of the mist varies depending on the type of water, temperature and air currents of the room.
- The unit switches off automatically in case of water insufficiency in the tank.
- Use only 100% natural essential oils. The use of oils containing chemical ingredients, synthetic flavours or impurities can damage the appliance.
- Never lean the unit or empty/fill the tank during its operation.
- Do not let the water enter the aeration system under the base.
- Do not fill the water tank directly under the current water, use a container for this purpose.
- Do not exceed the maximum water level in the tank that can prevent the outlet of mist.
- If you are not a technician, don’t try to dismantle the diffuser to repair it. Contact the seller if a repair is necessary.
- Clean regularly, in accordance with maintenance instructions to avoid any malfunction.
- Always unplug before any maintenance.
- For hygiene reasons, after use, drain the water from the tank and wipe it with a clean and dry cloth.
- Do not let the mist come into direct contact with furniture, clothes, walls, etc.
- Do not expose to direct sunlight.
- Do not place the device on an unstable surface.
- Do not use sparkling water, use only tap water or mineral water and no demineralized water.
- Never move the device when it works.
- Do not touch any part of the product with wet hands.
- Keep the appliance away from domestic animals and young children.
- If the power cord smokes or burns, unplug it immediately !
- Do not touch the metal disc placed in the centre of the tank.

In case of failure during the warranty period (5 years), you must contact us so that together a diagnosis can be made. A set-up video can be asked so that we can see the malfunction.

If a breakdown is confirmed, your broadcaster will have to be full. In any case, don’t try to disassemble, or change the appliances, you would then lose all right to the warranty parts and hand of work.

The warranty does not support the break, or defects related to misuse or improper maintenance of the device (water level or essential oils too high, uncleaned device regularly, etc.).
