Tropical basil : Tropical Basil essential oil has a pleasant, sweet smell with a slight hint of anise. It is little diffused alone but often associated with other essential oils. This essential oil is mainly used as an antispasmodic, sedative and nervous regulator. When diffused, basil will be a good general tonic and will clean up the surrounding air.

Atlas Cedar : This essential oil is decongestant and antiseptic for the respiratory tract. It calms over-excitement, relaxes and relieves nervous tension. It promotes meditation and relaxation. The aromatic substances that emerge from this essential oil are excellent as a repellent against moths. It will also give good results in repelling mosquitoes. Limit broadcast times.

Eucalyptus radiata : This oil is widely used in diffusion. Antibacterial, antiviral, expectorant. Its smell is much finer than that of the globulus. Eucalyptus radiata will therefore be better accepted by children. In diffusion this oil is rather indicated for the respiratory tract, in particular to decongest in case of feeling of stuffy nose. Very volatile, limit diffusion times.

Lavender : This essential oil is ideal for diffusion to relax (in case of stress, anxiety or restless sleep), but also to clean the ambient air. You will diffuse 15 minutes in the bedroom before bedtime. In atmospheric diffusion, alone or mixed, it sanitizes, deodorizes, soothes and brings the aromas of Provence to the house. Calming and sedative, it promotes sleep, the elimination of nervous tension, migraines and muscle pain.

Green Mandarine : No problem to use this essential oil in diffusion. Particularly appreciated by children. Diffused for 15 to 30 minutes in living rooms or in the bedroom before going to bed, mandarin essential oil will give you a climate of well-being and relaxation (ideal also in case of stress or anxiety). It will calm the agitated spirits and it will allow you to promote sleep. With its powerful fragrance, deliciously sweet, lemony and embellished with a delicate floral note, mandarin is calming and relaxing.

Peppermint : Very effective as an intellectual and physical energizer, especially in case of fatigue or weakness. Diffuse 15 minutes in living rooms. You can also combine it with essential oil of cypress or lemon to bring an invigorating fragrance. So be careful not to use it at night before going to bed, it will interfere with your sleep.

Can also be used in case of heartache or motion sickness: in a car diffuser or 3 to 4 drops on a tissue, to breathe. Finally, in diffusion, this oil will be disinfectant. It will promote good breathing. You can combine it with essential oil of rosemary or fine lavender. Diffusion time: 15 to 30 minutes.
