Some information about rosemary cineole
This shrub grows widely in all Mediterranean regions. An aromatic shrub with long, silvery-green evergreen leaves and small, sky-blue flowers. The "cineole" chemotype comes mostly from Morocco. The flowering plant is distilled to produce an essential oil with a pleasant, fresh and strong odour, with notes of eucalyptus and camphor. It takes 800 to 900 g of leaves and flowering tops for 10 ml of essential oil.
With a sharp and penetrating scent, rosemary blends well with basil, bergamot, cedar, lavender, peppermint and citrus.
Powerful astringent, it restores elasticity to tissues, antibacterial and antifungal. It is recommended for treating pimples. Powerful stimulant and tonic of the nervous system, it sharpens the memory, restores the sense of smell and will put your mind back in place if you feel a bit cottony. It also helps relieve minor digestive problems such as flatulence. It is a wonderful aroma to diffuse when studying or concentrating on solving complex problems. Of all the rosemary essential oils, it is the most effective against ailments, especially respiratory ones. It is also anti-inflammatory and relieves bronchial congestion and ENT pathologies (sinusitis, colds). It is also effective against certain skin conditions (acne but also herpes) and pain.

Advice for use
Essential oils are powerful natural substances and should therefore be used with care. Even though essential oils have been used since ancient times, there is often a lack of knowledge about how to use them and the precautions to take. Many books deal with essential oils. It is therefore advisable to refer to them to find out the traditional methods of use.
Here are some examples of use
To fight against respiratory congestion, bronchitis, sinusitis, chronic fatigue, etc., you can dilute 1 to 2 drops of rosemary essential oil in a teaspoon of honey or vegetable oil, 2 to 3 times a day.
Application by massage or compress It is advisable to mix a few drops of essential oil with a vegetable oil (sweet almond, jojoba, macadamia, rose hip, argan, olive, etc.) to use it as a massage oil.
To help you breathe better and get a good night's sleep, you can dilute 5 drops of rosemary cineole essential oil in vegetable oil, then massage the chest and solar plexus.
To relieve joint or rheumatic pain, you can dilute 30 drops of rosemary + 30 drops of lavandin + 30 drops of lavander in 100 ml of vegetable oil, then massage locally.
To revitalise the hair and skin, add 2 drops of rosemary essential oil to your shampoo or day cream.
For head lice, mix 2 ml of rosemary essential oil + 2 ml of lavander essential oil and 1 ml of clove essential oil. As a preventive measure, apply 3 drops of the mixture to the scalp every morning. As a cure, apply 5 to 6 drops 3 times a day, then shampoo.
The essential oil of rosemary cineole used in diffusion will allow to purify the air but also to facilitate breathing. Diffuse for 15 minutes in living rooms. This oil can also be used as a diffuser to study or concentrate on solving complex problems.
By placing a few drops on a tissue, this essential oil will help to clear the airways. Breathe in occasionally throughout the day.
Use in the bath As essential oils are not soluble in water, they must be mixed with an emulsifier before being poured into the bath. For example, they can be mixed with a liquid soap, a neutral shampoo (1 tablespoon) or our Solubol® dispersant. As a general rule, it is recommended not to exceed 10 to 20 drops per bath and not to stay in the bath for more than 20 minutes. Dispersing 15 drops of rosemary cineole essential oil + 10 drops of Ylang ylang in a hot bath will provide a toning bath.
To regulate oily hair, regularly use the following mixture in the water of the last rinse: 2 drops of rosemary cineole + 1 drop of grapefruit in a little cider vinegar.
Nota : For diffusion, you can use our 30 and 100 ml bottles (organic essential oil packaged by Penntybio, certified AB for the Gravier laboratory).
Huile 100% pure et naturelle
An essential oil is made up of chemically defined molecules (about 10,000 listed) that have been secreted by special plant cells. It can consist of from one to several hundred molecules, which helps explain why some essential oils have many properties but different therapeutic effectiveness. To guarantee the properties necessary for effective aromatherapy, it is important that an essential oil is 100% pure and natural (not cut, not deterpenated, not mixed with alcohol or vegetable oils) and preferably organic. This is the case for the essential oils we sell. They are sold in tinted bottles with a dropper cap.
Whether pure or mixed, you can use them in our different models of diffusers. The information given on each essential oil is for guidance only. Beware of self-diagnosis, do not hesitate to consult an aromatherapist or any other recognised professional and read our special file "properties of essential oils" in our thematic files.
