Tangerine can be compared to a small, slightly flattened orange. It is more particularly cultivated in the Mediterranean basin but also in the United States. Mandarin is a very popular fruit but also has therapeutic properties. Mandarin essential oil is characterized by its yellow-orange color and its sweet smell appreciated by children. The fragrance is very close to that of fruit, both fresh and sweet, with characteristic orange and tangy notes.

With its powerful fragrance, deliciously sweet, lemony and embellished with a delicate floral note, mandarin is an excellent calming and relaxing oil.

Properties of mandarin essential oil in diffusion

No problem to use this essential oil in diffusion. Particularly appreciated by children. Diffused for 15 to 30 minutes in living rooms or in the bedroom before going to bed, mandarin essential oil will give you a climate of well-being and relaxation (ideal also in case of stress or anxiety). It will calm the agitated spirits and it will allow you to promote sleep. No contraindication in diffusion except allergy to its components.
