It is a coniferous native to asia, who loves the mountains and has developed throughout Western Europe. Its resin and essential oil have been known and used in popular medicine for a long time. The essential oil scots pine is oral contraindicated in persons with kidney functional impairment or kidney history, but also in epilepsy subjects. Can irritate sensitive skin. Not recommended to pregnant and breastfeeding women.

For example, some examples of use
The essential oil of scots pine used in diffusion will allow to stimulate in the morning. Spread for 30 minutes when you wake up. It will also enable facilitate nose clearance. It is advisable to mix a few drops of essential oil with a vegetable oil (soft almond, jojoba, macadamia, musk rose, argan, olive, etc) to use it as massage oil.
To relieve sensitive/raidis joints or muscles to regain tone and strength in case of cold stroke, you can dilute 20 to 30 drops of essential pine oil in 100 ml of vegetable oil, then massage locally.
Essential oils that are not soluble in water must be mixed with an emulsifier before pouring them into the bath. For example, you can mix them with a liquid soap, a neutral shampoo (1 tablespoons) or our solubol®. As a general rule, it is advisable not to exceed 10 drops per bath and not to stay more than 20 minutes. Sprinkle 10 drops of essential scots pine oil in a hot bath will stimulate and you unlock this sensation of mouthy nose.
Forhelp maintain tone and vitality, you can dilute 1 drop of essential pine oil in a teaspoon of honey or vegetable oil, 1-2 times a day (maximum daily dose: 2 drops, 0.08 ml).
